Return and Refunds
Our Return Policy
We are happy to refund most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt enclosing the returns slip and proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We regret that any shipping charges are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please retain proof of postage when sending items back to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that customers use a tracked courier or signed-for delivery method. Refunds are only given to the products which are purchased from the online store. Please note purchases made in store are subject to the store Returns Policy which is different to purchases made online

Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our store, but make sure you have attached the return slip in your parcel. You will be provided with a drop off confirmation. Please note we are unable to exchange items purchased online with items available in our store, a new transaction will need to be completed in store. Refunds can take up to 14days to be credited to your account. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Every care is taken to describe items as accurately as possible. Due to digital photography, items may appear slightly different in colours and embroidery. Most of our items are hand embroidered and therefore fragile in to use. From time to time embroidery may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work and usage. These garments should be worn with care. Please ensure that the first wash is 'Dry Clean' only. Heavy embroidered items can only be dry cleaned. More casual items should be washed separately in cold water and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that due to hand dying methods used the colours are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.
