Once you have found exactly what you are after, simply select either ‘ADD TO CART’ or ‘BUY NOW’.
You then have the option, to continue shopping or simply checkout. If you are checking out, you will be given the option to update your quantity and delete any items you may not want.
This will then take you to the checkout stage where you can either login into your Ladlee account or sign up by creating an account or login using Google, Facebook or Twitter.
The final step will be to select your appropriate delivery method, along with shipping & delivery addresses. You will be able to add your payment details which can include using our Credit/ Debit Card, Paypal or Laybuy.
Once that’s complete, hit confirm and you’re done! It is really that simple.
How do I create an account with Ladlee?
By selecting Register, a Ladlee account will be established whereby all your submitted contact, delivery and payment details will be saved ready for your next purchase. You will also be able to create an account using Social Login, this means you can login via Facebook, Twitter or Google to create your account.
Your account will provide you with you order history, tracking information and notices on up to date offers and sales.
How to checkout as a guest?
Don’t worry we won’t make you sign up to a Ladlee account. We allow our customers to checkout as a guest.
As a guest, you will need to update the delivery and shipping address along with your preferred method of shipment. You will have the option to keep the same billing and shipping address.
Once you have filled in the relevant shipping details, you can enter your payment details using our secure gateway and click confirm to complete your order.
How do I modify or cancel my order once placed? Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, it is not possible to amend or cancel your order. However, should the need arise, and you call our customer care team promptly after having competed your order, it may be possible to make any requested changes, or they will advise you accordingly as to the next steps.

This will provide you with all the details. The great news is we will cover the majority of the cost and only ask our customer to pay £2.99 for shipping to return the item.
What if I missed my delivery?
All deliveries will be attempted twice unless the order has been refused or the address is incorrect. All customers, providing a correct email and mobile number, will receive SMS & Email alerts from the courier regarding their delivery to make rearranging it more convenient.
As this is a home delivery service, all couriers are permitted to make deliveries to neighbours without consent from the consignee (customer).

All our garments are produced in UK sizing. The size conversions for US and Europe are suggested fits, as sizing and cut will vary between fits, please use this chart as a general Sizing Guide.
